The Higashi Family
Story.
Spokane Produce was founded in the 1940s by Sho and Mary Higashi. Their son Craig and his family run it today.
Eighty-plus years later, we're still independent, still family-owned, and still operating out of Spokane. The business has grown from a small family produce operation into a wholesale distributor of produce, deli, floral, organic, and specialty items — serving customers across the Pacific Northwest.
